Hi All

At the risk of boring everyone, I have done a stall test on my car.
Brakes all on very hard.
Selected reverse.
Pushed accelerator down to floor.
RPM rose to 2100 and stopped for 3 secs
Released accelerator
Reached 800rpm
Reselected P
Removed foot from Brake Pedal.

Checked ROM
My  reading is exactly in line with ROM parameter for a correctly functioning
engine and BW35 gearbox!  No Stator slip. No band or clutch slip.

Oh well. In one way thats most comforting.
I am still wondering about the cause of overheating.
Next check is front pump pressure to cooler.
