UNC Tire Shops

    Looked at the  neighbor's kid's car when he was home from the Univ. of
North Carolina over the weekend and saw that his tires were almost bald.

    His mom was distraught at the idea of him driving from WDC to UNC on
those tires, but he had to be back to school Monday.

    Looked up mid-range tires in last November's Consumer Reports and
suggested the two highest rated tires for his car, a 10-year old Lexus, and
told him to get them replaced before he drove back to WDC again.

    Any of you fellows/gals in the UNC area of North Carolina recommend a
good tire retailer who will give the kid good service and a decent price??

    If so...his mom sends her thanks.
