Changes from 99-00 328i

I am considering trading my 96 328i in on a E46 99 328i sport. When I was at
the dealership last week getting my summer tires put on the mechanic
suggested I look at the 2000 328i instead. He said there were enough changes
from the 99 to the 2000 to make it a better car. Brakes were one area he
mentioned.

Can anyone tell me or direct me to a site that details what changed from the
99 E46 to the '00 E46 329i.
