Window's down and it cant get up!

More then likely the two bolts that hold the cable tight to the glass have
come loose. This happen to my 91 Spider while under warranty, the tech
tighten them up and they were fine for the next 190,000 miles when I
replaced the cable. You will need to remove the door panel and pull the
window all the way up. Before you tighten the bolts cycle the window up and
down and be sure it stops in the up position. Then tighten the bolts 4.4
ft-lbs as stated in the shop manual. If you have a torque wrench in inches
that's about 53 in-lbs, I tighten mine down to 60 in-lbs when I replaced the
cable in the drivers door.
