164 Heated Seats

Hey,

After reading through the FAQ about the bypass wire, I decided to jump in
and try it on my 91 L.

After switching the plugs to the single-red wire plug, I still get
nothing.  I broke out the continuity tester, and the switches are working.
I also checked the fuse under the dash again, it's ok.

Any more ideas on what could be wrong?  All 4 seats don't work,
bypassed or not.
