This is getting away from Alfa stuff, so I'll make it brief, and won't
post about it again.

You miss my point--I agree with everything you said. What I DISAGREE
with is the premise that somehow a company, or a person, or a school
(you name it) has a DUTY to make someone else satisfied. Good business
it would have been, in many ways. Stupid it was, but a dereliction of a
DUTY to all of us it was not.
