Alfa GTV6 & Porsche 911

Hello all,
 I had an 82 GTV-6 many years ago, I blew away a 911 with a whale tail. I remembered on the way back from a night club in Marina Del Rey, CA. We were at the light to get to a freeway, I was intimidate by the 911 looks at first but what the heck, we both floored on first gear & second & third... guess what? at second mine was almost 60 miles and I'm already didn't see his nose and third at red line @ 85+ miles, the guy was way behind. I remember the smell of double discs clutch burning... I was shaking of ticketing fear & joy at the same time. The silk ripping sound of the pure bred V6 was great. I would have gotten another GTV6, but I had to own a Spider in my life time so I got my 91 Spider Veloce over a month ago. 
 The Spider is fine, but I can't red line this baby yet. I need to check.
