busted engine

Thanks guys,
 I'm doing the whole engine I guess. I did suck some stuff across to
the right bank. I have just a little ring ridge showing on the right
side, so I'll be doing tyhe whole bottom end. There is a different
head cavity designs from the right side to the left. On the right side
there's an extra machine cut around the intake valve. 
     Do the dished out pistons have a bump in the middle?
