E32 headlights in an E34?

I have a '92 E34 with the "ordinary" headlights (non-elipsoid).  I sold my 
E-32 750 to a guy who is parting it out.  The car had the elipsoids in them.  
Since he was parting out the car anyway, I can get the headlights back if I 
wanted them.  Would the E-32 headlights fit into an E-34?  Do I need to 
purchase any extras?
