You can buy premixed coolant but yes you will have to drain the block, the
heater core,
and the radiator and lines. What you could do is drain the radiator and then
fill it with
antifreeze, run the engine for a while and then check the freeze level and
adjust as
necessary. The problem you will have if you drain the whole system is
getting all the
air out of it.
