E34 540i Coolant

I replaced the radiator on my 1994 540i last weekend and since it was
about 4 AM when I finished I put in regular water and no coolant when I
was done with the work.  I now want to put in the 50-50 mixture of BMW
coolant that is recommended.  My questions are 1) is the coolant sold as
50-50 or do I do the mixing myself?  2) How much do I need to purchase
(gallons or quarts)? and 3) I can see how to drain the radiator but how
do I drain the block?  (Each side?)?
