E-34 or E-36 for sale?

One more thing,
I'm still looking for and nice E-34 or E-36 for sale for my parents.  They 
are coming to Austin in a couple weeks and want me to have one picked out for 
them.
It needs to have 4 doors, 5 speed, and be well cared for, (looking to adopt 
somebody's baby).
The closer to Austin the better, but I may check out cars in nearby cities 
for the right car.
