E34 535i Engine Coolant Drain Plug

I swapping out the radiator, water pump, thermo and hoses on my 1989 E34
535i.  I need to remove the engine coolant drain plug, but want to be
sure I'm looking at the right plug.  There's a plug on the bottom
(toward the rear) of the engine that I believe is the coolant drain
plug.  Is this the correct plug?

The Bentley book doesn't specify a specific torque required when
replacing the plug.  Anyone know what it should be?
