Dinan and X-5

I just received my production date on my new X-5 3.0 (manual) for mid July.
I had to go with the 3.0 since I can't admit I'm getting middle-aged by
getting an automatic--although it was impressive. Being a fan of engine
tuning, I checked out Dinan's site and found a treatment for about $3100, as
well as several other separate upgrades; software, exhaust, shock tower
brace, etc. Does anyone know what is included in the $3100 "Dinan S"
package? And does the installation of any of these items void my factory
warranty? Finally, anyone know of an X-5 newsgroup?
