97-98 M3/4 diff's....

Besides looking for 6spd Five's I also have 97-98 M3 4drs on the list
(5spds only). Besides the 97's not having side airbags what are the
differences between them and the 98's? I have found a nice 97/Luxury
with 29k miles and some waranty left (CPO) and would be curious to
completely understand the differences - thanks....
