administrivia: warning to yahoo.com account holders

a heads up to users of yahoo.com accounts -- this is preliminary, i'm not
doing anything -- yet.

yahoo.com has been getting very sloppy about spam lately. they have been
allowing store.yahoo.com customers to spam without risk of getting kicked
off, and have recently purchased launch.com, in the process acquiring a
bunch of very dirty mailing lists, and are apparently planning to start
using them.

should things get really bad, i may find myself blocking inbound email from
yahoo.com's mail servers. i can't say for sure that this will happen, but
it's a real possibility.

again, just a heads up about something that _may_ be coming.
