? RHD in Germany

Does anyone know if you can order a Right-hand drive New M3 in Germany from
a 'normal' dealer (i.e. Not through a tourist delivery program) ? I wondered
if there might be some sort of restriction to ordering one in  a LHD market.

Also, does anyone know how I might get hold of  a new car price list for
Germany (Dm of course!)
