Which bilstiens should I get?

I have a '99 528I with the sport package. I want just slightly stiffer
suspension. Basically less tendency to bottom out in dips. Are the Bilstein
heavy duty stiffer than what I have now, or do I have to go with the
Bilstein sport? Is the ride harsh with the sport? Does anyone know if the
shocks are actually stiffer on the sport package. I'm pretty sure they are.
