You'll see just how fast a steering wheel can spin.  I traded a beat-up
Karmann Ghia for a beat-up sand rail a few years back, and when I was
hauling the rail home we stopped for lunch.  I tried to back up in the
parking lot and I watched in my mirror as the rail's steering wheel just
spun like crazy until the wheels hit the stop.
