[alfa] Get over it!- 2nd gear synchro



Fellow Alfisti:

This is taking more bandwidth than it deserves.

The smooth - no crunch - way to shift from first to second is to briefly hit
the neutral position (you don't even have to release the clutch) before
proceeding to second.

Alfa boxes are what they are.  How about appreciating the rest of the car
and allowing these wonderful machines this small idiosyncrasy.
