Vent Window how-to

A person who shall remain nameless, because he's my brother and I've 
disowned him, gorilla'd around with the vent window on my 71 spider and 
managed to badly crack it and pop off the window latch.

I know replacing the glass is not going to be very expensive, but for 
the life of me I can't figure out how to get the dratted window out of 
the frame. Any advice/hints/how-tos would be greatly appreciated.

Now that I've **FINALLY** got a garage I'll probably be asking more of 
these kinds of things. It's great to be able to do my own work, and for 
the very first time I don't have to ask, hide from, or answer to anyone 
but myself. It's quite liberating!
