164 - Heat under console

Do your 164 produce much heat under the dashboard? Mine does this after half
an hour drive. The heat is so intense that the air con must be on even when
the outside tempetrature is pleasant about 22C (72F).
The radio unit become very hot too... It doesn4t seem that it comes from the
engine, but from some electric. Is this normal? Any clues?
