CA Emission Cutoff

Does anyone know if CA has changed the cutoff year for emissions test?  It has
been 1973.  I'd like to keep the original blue and yellow plates on my
unrestored but close to immaculate 74 spider.  Don't want to drive it back to
CA for the test.  Otherwise I will have to put the plates in the trunk and put
UT plates on (I maintain an address in the Peoples Republic of CA so it is
legal).
