need help 156 1.8 TS

We have a 2000 156 1.8 TS here and while it's basically just a car, we are
looking for some help on diagnosing some minor issues it has. Any Non USA
assist will be appreciated. USA ok too if it's not questions about how it's
here. Sorry no time to reply to these.

Issue is a rough start when cold (25 degree C) Runs fine when warm, has good
power, all typical items check ok, 20 K miles car. We are trying to learn
where the OBC connection or test button is for diagnosis. Anyone know if you
can pull a code like the older Motronic setups? Customer insists it bucks and
backfires for him when cold. Not for us, typical.

Also, any leads on compatibility with the older Motronic test boxes used on
the 94-95 164 24V is a bonus.

Is this a typical issue for these cars? Thanks for any help rendered!
