While these are not incompatibilities per se, your Alfetta transaxle
will have a different gear ratio and won't have limited slip.
A bigger problem will be the different shift linkage. The iso-static
linkage found in the Milano and post 85' GTV6s uses a different selector
input shaft. You would have to transplant this from your Verde gearbox
into the alfetta box.
I think it might be a better idea to try and track down a decent
Platinum (slightly shortter gearing, but still has LSD) or a Verde
gearbox, and not deal with all the hassles. I don't think a replacement
should be too hard to find.
