Hi Group:

I don't even have a car that needs R12, but I became curious from this 
discussion and did an 'R12' search on eBay.  I was surprised to see lots of 
it for sale, and the prices were not all that bad.  Of course, whether or 
not you really need an EPA cert. # to buy some is a bit of a gray area.
