Re: Shipping Cars



  I just shipped a car from LA to South Carolina and it costed $795. All I 
can say is dont use Best Discount Auto Shippers, or Jan's, or The Auto 
Shippers. They are all the same and are not capable of doing the job properly 
with your mind at ease. I think I would use Dependable next time. They are 
one of the only ones with there own trucks. I would also be tempted to call 
the carrier direct. Mine ended up being carried by Namby trucking out of 
Chattanooga and they indicated they would have gladly handled it for me. That 
would save about $150- 200.
