164 camber

Here's a comprehensive solution that worked on my 164:
Change the A-arm bushings. Bill used to have the super-pro ones, that will
partially improve your front geometry.
Instead of filing the top holes oval, remove the spacers between the A-arm
and the body and replace them with washers, equal numbers, of course. I found
that generic washers ( made by Lawson for metric screws, size 13mm or 14 mm
socket, will have the same outer and inner diameter as the spacers, and be
2mm thick). Just take a spacer off and bring it with you to Pep boys and go
to their self-serve nuts-and-bolts isle and compare with washers.
The advantage is that after you do the A-arm bushings, you will readjust by
adding washers, as opposed to having to weld back a bit of the oval you filed
down.
Also, Bill is right as far as I think there is a bushing at the top of the
front 164 strut, called insulator. I remeber replacing all components of the
front struts and finding a wearable bushing that was out of shape and could
be at fault for front strut geometry.

Anyway, my Falkens are still not worn on the inside, not to mention that my
front alignment came with right-on values.
I hope this helps
