164S Clutch Pedal Problem Solved

Thanks to the two Digesters who suggested removing the clutch slave cylinder
from its mount and bleeding it while holding it above the master. The clutch
pedal on my 164S didnt have enough hydraulic pressure to engage anywhere
but right near the floor immediately after installing new slave and master
clutch cylinders. No amount of bleeding with the slave in place helped.
Following the tip to hold the slave up with the bleeder on top, the pedal
works perfectly.
