Spider mirror light bulb

The courtesy light in the mirror of my 78 Spider has no bulb in it, and the
owner's manual does not give an indication of what type bulb to use, other
than saying 5W.  Should it be one of the conical-end tubular bulbs?  That's
the only kind I can imagine would fit.  Thanks
