I'd start with Matt Jones at Re-Originals
(713-849-2401).  Matt's been a Really Good Guy the
couple of times I've done business with him, and I
know his business started with rubber bits such as
weatherstrip and trim.  

If I recall, his catalog has pictures of the
cross-section of various rubber channels he has
available.  You may be able to match up the shape of
your rubber weatherstrip with something he's got,
since this is an aftermarket top.
