78 Spider door query

My 78 Spider, now drivable (new clutch) and legal (passed smog check), has a
moderate/bad parking-scrape dent in the driver's door, and I'm trying to
decide whether it's better to fix the dent or put on a better door.  Any
wisdom folks can offer, including what a good door costs, and how hard it is
to get it to fit right?  This one fits OK, not perfect.  Any advice
appreciated. To remove the door, do you just unbolt the four 13mm-head bolts
attaching the cast hinge carrier to the body, after unhooking the limiting
strap?  Thanks
