Museum location

Until 2004 the Museum will remain in Arese, in front
of "Centro Direzionale" in Arese. Open from monday to
friday free (you will have only to leave an identity
card at the gate), saturday and sunday on request (you
have to call before). I suggest, due to the frequent
jobs on the italian streets, to choice the fastet and
sure way to arrive, from everyone, to the motorway
gate at the beginning of the A4 motorway (Milano -
Laghi /Milan - Lakes); it's the motorway that connect
Milan with Chiasso and the Switzerland. Just passed
the enty gate, Arese is the first exit on the right
(about 1 Km, I suggest you to remain on the right,
easiest if you arrive from "Tangenziale Ovest"). Drive
carefully because the exit turns hard on the right. At
the end of this short street you will arrive at a
"round cross". Choose the third on the right (your
direction must be 900 on the left, so it's the third
choice, anyway looks for signal to "Arese centro".
After 50 meters you will find a white column on the
left with on an Alfa Romeo emblem and the signals
"Fiat Auto centro tecnico". Turn on the left, and at
the end of the street you will find the "centro
direzionale" gate. Ask to the gate man to visit the
museum. I hope these info will be useful for you. If
you, then, from outside, will walk by feet or by car,
all around the factory you will find a lot of Fiat and
few Alfa Romeo in the centro tecnico / testing
departments' zone.
