1 - check engine light - have you pulled the codes out?  I forget the exact
procedure, but I think you put ignition on, don't start engine, and push gas
pedal three or four times in reasonably rapid succession, then count the
flashes from the check engine light - you will then need a car disc, or ask
the Digest, as tot he result

2. - Stereo - it is a DIN unit.  I do not think plugs are availasble.  The
separate Amp is under the passsenger seat.  Other than no in-dash CD it is a
good unit.
