I spent a year in 'therapy' at Paul Glynns.  Trying to deal with high blood
pressure, every Friday I'd leave work at noon (doctors orders, really!) and
head over to the shop.  Some time I'd work on my own stuff, some time I'd
help out on customers stuff, some times I'd just hang out.

I wish I had the time to spend afternoons over there lately..

Fwiw, the therapy worked, blood pressure back under control, no medication
necessary.
