Spider Shocks, Springs, and Dues

I am considering replacing my Koni shocks and "red" springs that the PO
installed and returning my Spider to stock ride and height. The current ride
is too stiff. Potholes not overlooked, the car is low and having seen
another Spider at stock height, I believe it looks better "up" the extra 1"
or so. Since the car is not used in car rallies, etc., I would like to
return it to its stock setup.

What spring would best work for the application - front & rears?
What shock would best work for the application - front & rears?
Best place to buy?

Thanks ...

BTW ... Within a week of owning my first Alfa ... I joined AROC.
It was AROC that connected me to this Digest.
When the hat was passed for support of the Digest ... I donated.
Both have been of such great help to me that I would gladly pay an increase
to AROC.
I would also pay "dues" for the Digest.
Too many years in the construction business taught me the free lunch lesson.
