I'm an idiot - where do these washers go?

While I has the rear end out of my '68 Spider Jr. I had the ATE calipers
rebuilt and the disks turned. I also removed and checked the parking brake
shoes.  I am reassembling the brakes prior to reinstalling the rear end AND
I HAVE TWO WEIRD CONCAVE WASHERS THAT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH.

The surface of the washer has a 14mm inner diameter, a 21mm surface and them
a bevel to a OD of 27mm.
The under side has surface to 20mm, then a concave bevel to the 14mm ID.
The washer is 4mm thick.

What the hell are these and where do I install them?
