differential question

There doesn't appear to be a drain plug on the rear diff.  How do I
drain the oil?  Do I just add oil? The diff. seals aren't in the best
of health  and will need changing at some point.  When I change them,
what else should I look for?
With one wheel rear jacked up and the car in park.  I'm getting about 5
to 10 degrees of free movement.  Is the acceptable?
