Dear Don,
        You'd have to talk to UPS about that.  We charge you *Exactly* what
they charge us.  We do not mark up shipping charges and 
do not charge "Packing" or "handling"  (Other than for items that must be
crated or windscreens).  UPS has raised their rates a 
couple times in the last year and does charge more for residential delivery
and dimensional weight.  BTW the rate we get from UPS is
discounted compared to walk in customers and way discounted compared to the
Mailboxes Etc rate.  We also pass along or
truck freight discounts. You might want to consider UPS 3 day and/or ground
as they are somewhat cheaper.
