Outstanding Queries

Dear All

I have let a back-log of issues build up in my e-mail in-tray in the past
few weeks due to various factors, mainly very often working abroad and an
errant hard disk on my laptop.  Unfortunately this means I may not have
responded to you when requested. 

Please accept my apologies,anybody who is expecting me to respond.  Can I
