Exhaust Manifolds

Hi all,
    A quick question. When I saw the catalogue for Rimmer brothers, in
particular the section on exhaust systems, I noticed that they do a Tubular
Sports Manifold. Now, on the existing manifolds there is a warm air shroud
that is connected to the left exhaust manifold, via several bolts. Are there
holes for the bolts on the tubular exhaust, and so does the shroud actually
fit to it?
