Hi

The radiator fins are penetrated from side to side by the rows.
Different radiators have differing arrangements.

The cross section, cutting through between vertical fins is either 
---  ---   ---
   ---   ---

   ---

where each line is a thin flattened tube.

Very difficult to see what you have. A small bright torch, and a piece of
wire thin enough to pass between the fins with a slight hook at the end can
help you determine what you have.

Push the wire between the fins and grab the back of a row. Note the amount of
wire sticking out.
Then lift the wire, push further in and grab another row. Note amount sticking
out.
And again
Then one row down
See how the results of this will tell you what you have there.
