dash removal

Hi,
I removed and reinstalled the dash (to have it reskinned) and it is
actually easier than I had anticipated. The main things to note are that
the centre console does not have to be touched at all, to use small plastic
bags to keep screws etc in seperately (and label them), and to label the
non-obvious electrical connections at the back of the instrument panel.
