	My experience with Rimmer is if you have any dissatisfaction with a part, or
shipping costs, they will refund the cost of the item, shipping included,
especially if you state to them that the order was during a "free shipping"
offer quoting their document reference number and the special offer title. They
have always credited my charge without a fuss, including an apology, and in some
instances told me to keep the part that was shipped in error.

Could be worth your while to check it out.  Send them an e-mail and ask.
