You're very well informed. I had forgotten that
Russell did not stand for re-election to the SOC
committee at the AGM last November.
As for his position in SOCTFL, I haven't heard
anything about him resigning, so can't confirm
what you say.
Yes, I too would be interested to know who else
(besides Russell and Adrian Planterose) believes
they possess a 4WD Stag. No doubt your
Membership Secretary is checking his records
at this very moment!

Rusell Lewis has resigned from the SOC committee and also shortly from his
position as chair of SOCTFL - or so I am informed. Please let me know if I
am wrong.
The name you quoted as the owner of the second 4wd Stag is not known to the
TSR. I shall make more investigations. Perhaps the proto survived, either
that or somebody somewhere knows less about car mechanics than they think
or somebody has a big Meccano set!
