It is a sad but true fact that a Mark 1 Silver Shadow in good condition is
worth barely eight or nine thousand uk pounds wiith a real dog worth a
quarter that.. A large part of the reason is that some spares are very
difficult to find - so they become worth parting out when they fall below
about three thousand UK pounds. In addition despite being Rolls Royces they
rust and can be expensive to rebuild - so again they are parted out rather
than having the bodywork sorted.
