busted engine

I live in boston aria and was coming back from the cape doing about 70
mph when one of my left bank cam fowler broke up and got shoved
through the side of the head.
 The valve droped down and was eaten by the piston.
    I have 2 questions. (1) is the left cylander head the same as a
TR7 head?. and (2) What effects the compression ratio on the stag the
head or the pistons.
