A suggestion: As most other clubs worldwide will have some problems attend meetings in London, how about publishing the agenda prior to the meeting, so other clubs can submit statements, ideas, ... you might then get the role to present / represent it at the meeting.
I'm more then happy join for the 1.Spitfire Club Deutschlands, which I'm president of.
