Hello Mike,
    I agree with Glenn that these easily attainable U.S. style distributor
wrenches would be the easiest.   They are available at most discount auto
suppliers here in the U.S. and are also in most discount supply catalogues.
Mine is made by Durston Co. in La Verne, California and has about a 2 inch
offset.  7/16 is the size needed for the Stag bolts.  And as always, length of
the tool does not matter.
