As others have written, I made my own.  Went to local hardware store, bought a couple of 7/16" open/box ended spanners (just in case I screwed one up) and used a portable torch to heat and bend a wrench as required.  I affect the bolts with the box end, and squeezed the arms of the open end together to fit a 3/8" ratchet extension.  Never bothered to weld on a longer shaft, although the ratchet extension sometimes slips.  Works fine for me, invested a total of US $3.50.
